This poem was written in late 2007 and I find it to be a rather interesting poem and look on life.

Merely A Vision

Want your arms wrapped around me,
embracing me,
while you kiss the back of my neck
ever so softly and sweetly.
I'm always in my own fairy tale of what love is,
and how I would want someone to physically love me,
but I doubt I will ever find someone to bring my fairy tale to a reality.
I have this crazy imagination of what love is like.
Visions, I call them.
My visions seem so real sometimes though.
So many visions.
Wish I could find out if any of them are real.
If any of them are anywhere near what the physicality’s of love are.
Wrapped up in your arms,
feeling your hands caress my arms
as I lay there still, feeling your heart beat on my back.
Feeling it pulse faster the more you lay there
with your arms wrapped up around me
as you gently caress my neck with your sweet and soft lips.
That's part of my vision.
I can see someone holding me doing just that.
Making me feel so safe, so secure, and so loved,
someone I am one with,
we are not separate, we are one person,
living in two different bodies,
embracing each others presence every day.
Every day, getting to know
how each other's body's mind ticks,
and grow closer and closer together
until both minds are in complete sync.
Sharing my life with you,
sharing the most sweetest and softest kisses together
as our lips perfectly match with one anothers.
The touch of your hand is so soft,
so soft you feel as if you are flying through the heavenly clouds,
and in that moment everything else means nothing.
In that moment, all of your fears,
all of your problems, all of your doubts,
just seem to vanish.
How can one tell what love is meant to feel like?
Emotionally? Physically?
Love, it's merely a vision.
